What are the initial costs to
become a Member of REMAPS?
- $299.00 annual fee with no charge for "Desk Space."
Even better, our annual fee begins the day that you are approved as a
REMAPS Member and your license is placed with REMAPS, not on some
arbitrary date. This way, you receive a full twelve month's use of your
membership.
- Associate Membership Fees for the local Board of
Realtors and Multiple Listing Service.
What other costs do
REMAPS Members incur?
- Required $100.00 transaction coordination fee to be
withheld from each closing.
- Required Errors & Omissions Insurance premiums to be
withheld on a pro rata basis from each closing.
- Optional costs for individual advertising (REMAPS'
provides company advertising at no charge to Members).
- Optional costs for training.
What is the "Commission
Structure" for REMAPS Members?
- 80% start-up commission with the ability to increase
to 90% commission based on production.
- Additionally, you will receive sponsorship residuals
of up to 10% on your sponsored REMAPS Members.
What is the REMAPS
Mapping System ("GIS")?
This high-tech internet system allows REMAPS
Members to post listings and with one click show clients hospitals, schools,
park, flood zones, wetlands, property appraiser information and more.
Our secret is the internet and computer technology that is changing the world
around us. REMAPS is what is known as a "Virtual Office" and all of our
administrative work is performed at our central office location in Alford,
Florida (the Florida Panhandle). This means that our Members aren't required to
put in unnecessary "Floor Time." Telephone leads are referred to the Listing
Agent or on a rotating basis when the Listing Agent is not a REMAPS
Member.
